Your plan sets the service
Capacity, billing cycle, setup fees and optional add-ons follow the selected plan or written order.
These Terms explain the responsibilities of Brindasoft, participating schools and authorized users when accessing the Skoligo website, school platform, mobile apps and connected services.
Capacity, billing cycle, setup fees and optional add-ons follow the selected plan or written order.
Schools retain their rights in school data and authorize Skoligo to process it to provide the service.
Authorized users must protect credentials, respect permissions and use the platform lawfully.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between Brindasoft, the provider of Skoligo (“Skoligo,” “we,” “us” or “our”), and the school, organization or person that obtains or uses the Services (“you” or “your”).
By creating an account, accepting an order, starting a trial, paying for a plan or accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Skoligo for a school or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.
If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
The Services are intended for schools, their authorized personnel, and students or parents connected through a participating school. School administrators must be legally able and authorized to enter into service arrangements and manage school information.
A student who is not legally able to agree independently may use the Services only through the school relationship and with any parent, guardian or school authorization required by applicable rules. The school is responsible for determining who should receive an account and what permissions are appropriate.
Skoligo provides school-management features that may include admissions, profiles, academics, attendance, fees, payroll, examinations, results, homework, notices, events, messaging, documents, reports, support tools, mobile experiences and configured device or provider integrations.
Available features depend on the school’s plan, capacity, enabled add-ons, configuration, device compatibility and third-party availability. We may improve, replace or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary. We will seek to give schools reasonable notice before a material change that significantly reduces a paid core feature, unless urgent security, legal or provider circumstances make advance notice impractical.
Your selected plan may set limits for students, teachers, parents, campuses, storage, add-ons or other use. Current public prices are shown on the Skoligo website when available; an accepted quotation, order or invoice controls the price agreed with your school.
A free demonstration or trial is available only when offered and may have time, capacity or feature limits. Trial access may end automatically at the stated time. If a paid membership expires or an amount remains overdue, normal access may be paused until the required bill is settled or another arrangement is agreed.
As between the school and Brindasoft, the school retains its rights in the student, parent, teacher, staff, academic, attendance, finance, communication and other records it submits to Skoligo (“School Data”).
The school gives us a limited right to host, copy, process, transmit, display, back up and otherwise handle School Data only as needed to provide, secure, support and improve the Services, comply with law and follow the school’s authorized instructions.
The school is responsible for having an appropriate basis to collect and use School Data, providing required notices, obtaining permissions or consents, and responding to requests from students, parents, staff or other data subjects. Our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for:
You must use Skoligo lawfully and only for authorized school, education and administration purposes. You must not:
The school is responsible for content it creates or distributes through Skoligo, including notices, messages, homework, attachments, certificates, result cards, invoices, IDs and reports. The school must have the rights and authority needed to use names, logos, signatures, images, documents and recipient contact details.
Delivery indicators do not guarantee that a recipient read or acted on a message. Email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notification and payment delivery depend on configured providers, valid recipient details, connectivity and provider rules.
QR verification, secure links and generated documents help confirm platform records but do not replace any official review, signature, attestation or legal formality required for a particular purpose.
Optional features may connect with services such as Easypaisa, Firebase Cloud Messaging, email providers, WhatsApp, app stores, hosting services or school-selected attendance devices. Those providers operate under their own terms, privacy notices, availability and charges.
The school is responsible for choosing, installing, securing and lawfully using its physical devices, cards, connectivity and third-party accounts. We may provide configuration support, but we do not control an external provider’s network, decisions or service continuity.
Skoligo is not responsible for a third-party service failure except to the extent the failure was directly caused by our incorrect configuration or integration work.
Brindasoft and its licensors retain all rights in Skoligo, including the software, interfaces, designs, branding, documentation, templates and underlying technology. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during the authorized plan or trial period.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of School Data to us. They also do not give either party ownership of the other party’s name, logo or trademarks.
If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use it to improve Skoligo without payment or restriction, provided we do not publicly identify your school as the source without permission.
We use reasonable efforts to keep Skoligo available, secure and working as described. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, internet or hosting failures, third-party services, security events, emergencies or circumstances outside reasonable control.
We may perform planned maintenance and will try to minimize disruption. Support is available through the channels and support-ticket tools shown in the Services. Response and resolution times may depend on priority, complexity, working hours and the support level included with the school’s arrangement.
We may limit or suspend access when a plan expires, a payment is overdue, use exceeds plan limits, an account creates a security risk, these Terms are materially breached, or suspension is reasonably required by law or a provider. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to correct the issue.
A school may stop using Skoligo or request cancellation according to its order or billing arrangement. Ending service does not remove amounts already due or obligations that by their nature should continue.
After service ends, School Data will be handled under the Privacy Policy, any written service arrangement and applicable retention requirements. We may offer reasonable export options before deletion, subject to account verification, technical feasibility, outstanding obligations and legal restrictions.
Skoligo is a management and communication tool. It does not replace the school’s professional judgment, internal controls, safeguarding duties, statutory records, accounting advice or legal obligations.
Outputs depend on the data, rules and settings provided by the school. The school must review important attendance, finance, payroll, exam, certificate and communication outputs before official use.
Except for promises expressly made in these Terms or a written agreement, and to the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every school process.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising from the Services.
To the extent permitted by law, Brindasoft’s total liability arising from the affected Services will not exceed the fees paid by the school for those Services during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a written agreement states a different limit.
These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, breach of confidentiality, infringement of the other party’s intellectual-property rights, or payment obligations.
To the extent permitted by law, the school will be responsible for third-party claims, losses or costs caused by its unlawful School Data, its lack of required permissions, its misuse of the Services, or a material breach of these Terms by its authorized users.
Brindasoft will be responsible for third-party claims that the unmodified Skoligo software directly infringes intellectual-property rights, subject to prompt notice, reasonable cooperation and our control of the defense or settlement. We may modify or replace the affected feature or end it with an appropriate adjustment if continued use is not reasonably possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, unless a written agreement validly provides otherwise. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through their authorized contacts. Unresolved disputes may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any accepted written order form the agreement for the Services. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. Neither party may transfer the agreement without the other party’s consent, except as part of a genuine merger, reorganization or transfer of substantially all relevant business assets.
Electronic notices, acceptances, records and communications may be used for the service relationship to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may update these Terms when the Services, our business practices or applicable requirements change. The revised page will show a new “Last updated” date. For a material change, we may also notify participating schools through the platform, email or another appropriate channel.
Continuing to use the Services after updated Terms take effect means you accept them. If a material update is not acceptable, the school may stop using the Services subject to its existing payment and termination obligations.
